Ray J is allegedly working with federal investigators on a RICO case against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
The singer admitted to his involvement in an alleged federal investigation into his ex and her mother during a livestream with Chrisean Rock on Wednesday, September 24. While he doesn't physically appear in the video, you can hear Ray J warn Kardashian and Jenner about the incoming case.
"The federal RICO I'm about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy," he said. "I'm talking about I'm on the news everyday... meaning I'm gonna say a lot of s**t."
"If anybody know Kim and is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now: the rain is coming. The feds is coming," he continued. "It's nothing I can do about it. It's worse than Diddy."
Ray J didn't elaborate on what the federal RICO case is focused on. He didn't provide any evidence, nor did he give any other details about the situation. However, it's not the first time Ray J has used the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and the Kardashian in the same sentence. As TMZ notes, the RSVP member brought up the possibility while discussing Sean "Diddy" Combs' RICO case in May.
"If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it," Ray J said at the time.
As of this report, neither Kim Kardashian nor Kris Jenner has commented on Ray J's claims.
